Managing Stress on the Road to Finals Week
We know that finals and the winter season can be stressful. Taking time to manage your stress is a key step toward a successful finals week.
“Students that manage their stress have better outcomes,” says Dave Golden of the University’s Boynton Health Service. “Take a break and do something that helps you manage your stress. Coloring or other artistic outlets, physical activity, time in nature, catching up on some sleep, and talking to a friend are all examples of things you can do to help you manage your stress.”

Coloring books are no longer a relic of our kindergarten past. Stress-busting coloring books have quickly become a trendy and fun way for adults to quiet their minds and manage stress levels. With that in mind, we are sharing two University of Minnesota student-designed coloring sheets for students to enjoy in between study sessions.
