University of Minnesota alumnus Tom Staggs has been named Disney’s chief operating officer—its No. 2 executive. Staggs, a 1982 Carlson School graduate who delivered the school’s commencement address last spring, has been the chair of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and prior to that was Disney’s chief financial officer.
