Laura Kalambokidis, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Applied Economics in the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences at the University of Minnesota.

Kalambokidis’s research focuses on the economics of the public sector, with an emphasis on tax policy. At the U.S. level, her research has examined income tax compliance behavior and the tax compliance costs of nonprofit organizations. State level research projects have analyzed business taxes and tax incentives for economic development.
