"On Thursday morning, four members of our armed services lost their lives in a senseless tragedy at Chattanooga, TN recruiting center. The University of Minnesota is a proud supporter of our troops and the sacrifices they make, including those serving in our Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) programs, and our thoughts go out to those affected by these events.
