Adeel Lari

Introduction

Adeel Lari, MS, MBA, is director of innovative financing for the State and Local Policy Program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where he is responsible for developing Fast Lane initiatives, studying transportation financing options, and implementing telecommuting under the Minnesota Urban Partnership Agreement.

Previously, Lari spent more than 30 years developing public-private partnerships as director of the offices of research services and alternative transportation financing at the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
