Introduction

Connie Wanberg's areas of expertise include job search and unemployment, leader development, talent management and career success.

As an educator, Wanberg teaches classes involving human resources management, leadership, industrial/organizational psychology, and organizational behavior. In her role as a researcher, she is internationally known for her work on unemployment, job search, and careers. She is highly published in top tier refereed journals as well as numerous book chapters

In addition to working in several consulting roles in external organizations and leadership positions at the University, she is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association and the Academy of Management.
