Joseph Koopmeiners, Ph.D., is a professor and division head in the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota.
Koopmeiners develops statistical methods to answer questions related to cancer prevention, detection, and treatment more accurately and efficiently. To do this, he combines statistical methods research in the areas of biomarker validation and Bayesian adaptive methods for clinical trials.
